Acceptable Use Policy

1. Authorized and lawful use

• Use efilo only for lawful purposes and within the access granted to you.
• Submit, upload, or connect only information and systems you are authorized to use.
• Follow applicable privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, export, employment, and safety obligations.
• Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Security and system integrity

• Do not bypass access controls, probe or scan without written authorization, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not disrupt the service, overwhelm it with requests, interfere with other users, or conceal abusive automated traffic.
• Do not use efilo to distribute unlawful material, facilitate fraud, threaten people, or infringe another party's rights.

3. Industrial data and consequential work

Do not use efilo output as the sole basis for startup authorization, equipment safety, root-cause confirmation, regulatory compliance, or another consequential decision. Qualified people must review the source evidence and remain responsible for decisions and actions.

Do not submit sensitive operational, customer, personal, or regulated information through a channel that has not been approved for that information.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, systems, or legal rights. Product-specific enforcement and termination rights are governed by the applicable written agreement.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as the service and risks change. The date above identifies the latest published revision.

6. Report a concern

Use the contact form for an acceptable-use question or report. For a security concern, choose security review and do not include exploit details or sensitive data in the initial message.
